FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I bought a Snowing Christmas Tree with Umbrella Base. It works well at the beginning. But sometimes the snowflakes fly out of the umbrella. Turn the wind switch down, the snowing stopped. Turn the switch up or even to the maximum, still no snowing. Why?
This problem occurred, all because lots of snowflakes were blocked tightly in the vent-pipe, and the motor fan can not blow the snowflakes out of the vent-pipe. So just clean away the snowflakes, it will work well again.
Notice: The snowflakes’ block is caused by un-appropriate adjusting to have a weak wind. So the snowflakes can not be blown out of the pipe and block inside the pipe. To avoid the problem, the consumer should adjust the switch properly.
Here are three ways to clean away the snowflakes by hand easily.
Ⅰ.
(1)Turn the wind switch to maximum.
(2)Wave the snowflakes under the pipe with your finger. The blocked snowflakes inside the pipe will be blown out of the pipe’s bottom. You will see the snowflakes spray out of the top.
(3)Adjust the wind switch to get appropriate wind to avoid the snowing out of the umbrella base.
Ⅱ.
(1)Turn off the wind switch and take off the top on the vent-pipe.
(2)Cover the top of the vent-pipe by hand. Turn on the wind switch to maximum and blow the blocked snowflakes out of the pipe’s bottom.
(3)Keep it for a while, move your hand, you will see the snowflakes spray out of the top. Or you can repeat the previous steps if not success.
(4)Adjust the wind switch to get appropriate wind to avoid the snowing out of the umbrella base.
Ⅲ.
(1)Turn off the electrical power.
(2)Turn on the wind switch to the maximal position and keep it.
(3)Turn on the electrical power again, the blocked snowflakes will be blown out of the pipe by the strong wind.
(4)Adjust the wind switch to get appropriate wind to avoid the snowing out of the umbrella base.
